For our important client, a symbol of Italian excellence in jewelry and watches, we are looking for:
BACK OFFICE & CLIENT WELCOME COORDINATOR
The candidate will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of a retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
RESPOSABILITIES:
- Welcoming Clients Traffic management
- Assist Store Manager with daily duties
- Answering Incoming calls
- Preparation of the sales point
- Tailor-made services VIP customers
- Refreshment service
- Administrative & Back Office support to store
- Receipt of VIP deliveries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Either a degree or prior experience in the same field
- Strong interest in luxury and proficiency in modern IT tools
- Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of an additional language being advantageous
- Team player with excellent communication skills for effective client relationships
- Honest, conscientious, and committed to meeting expectations and requirements
- Customer-oriented and precise
- Organized and able to deliver high-quality service with attention to detail
- Comfortable managing workload and prioritizing tasks to optimize time
- Dynamic and positive, with a belief that there is always a solution to any problem
Three-month contract with the possibility of renewal for a permanent position starting in January 2025.
