RINA is currently recruiting for a Avionic SW Architect Engineer to join its office in Turin within the Aerospace & Defence Division.
Mission
The job is related to activities of SW architecture design and SW life cycle methodologies, standards and toolchains definition in avionics domain.
Key Accountabilities
- Study and selection of SW design and development toolchains
- Analysis and definition of SW development and verification processes
- Analysis and definition of development standards
- SW Architecture design and definition compatible with HW/SW target platforms and real-time operating systems to be adopteed
Education
Qualifications
Job experience in the role: at least 2-3 years:
Mandatory Skills:
- Knowledge of concepts related to high-level safety crtical software development
- Knowledge of C language (cross-compiling)
- Experience in model-based design and knowledge of Mathworks tools (Matlab/Simuling, Stateflow, embedded coders) and SysML
- Knowledge of requirements and design tools (DOORS, CAMEO, Rhapsody or similar)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of avionics standards: DO-178C, DO-331
- Knowledge of designa assurance levels and partitioning (IMA)
