We're looking for a key Accounts Manager to join our Italian Sales Team.
* You will become familiar with Innomotics portfolio and related management tool
* You will be part of Innomotics Italy Energy Transition Task Force
* You will have the opportunity to have diversified management experiences in a dynamic and autonomous team as well a direct involvement in Innomotics global Sales team
Your responsibilities:
* Contribute, through your support, to achieve overall Innomotics Italy target, together with the other functions of the organization
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
* Create and execute a strategic sales plan aiming to expand customer base
* Ensure high data quality into CRM for own opportunity
* Assure sales target achievement
* Assure leadership style even if in no reporting line
Your Skills:
* Diploma, Master's degree in Engineering preferred
* Knowledge and proven experience in medium voltage Motors/Inverters/Generators market
* Knowledge of O&G Market is a plus.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, showing cultural empathy and trustworthiness
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
* Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures
* Teamwork and collaborative approach while able to independently prioritize and complete your tasks
* Be ready to go out of your comfort zone and leverage every opportunities of learning
* Fluent in English and Italian,
* Available to business trips on national level and sometimes also international.
