Job summary
Manpower Srl is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their management structure in Milan.The candidate should have experience in the role of Accounting/Administrative Assistant.The assistant will support the management of the shopping center in various administrative tasks.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Managing document archives and files.• Providing support to the management in dealing with the tenants, suppliers, and customer requests.• Assisting the management in handling contracts with various vendors.• Preparing periodic reports based on the agreed deadlines.
Requirements
• Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment as part of a team.• Good interpersonal skills, stress and priority management.• Fluent in English and proficient in Office 365, especially Excel and Power Point.• Problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.• Availability to work in shifts and/or on weekends.
