Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store sales budget
- Maintain high standards for store appearance and displays
- Promote brand awareness
- Perform with high integrity in company compliance with HQ
- Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service
- Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
- Recruit and train new employees
- Manage existing employee schedules and make any needed changes
- Open and close the store
- Evaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business
- Assist in the development of the business or recruiting programs

- Excellent team leadership skills
- An eye for detail
- Managerial skills and customer service skills
- Constant desire for improvement
- Responsibility and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous retail experience in a managerial role
