Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing the daily operations of the company, including overseeing the development and implementation of financial strategies and products, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements. The Assistant Manager will be located in Palermo and will report to the Manager.
Qualifications
Experience in financial services or banking
Experience in project management or leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus
Knowledge of Sepa, swift, faster payment, debit card, multi currency IBAN, Personal and Business account, and mobile app technologies is a plus
