Assistant Contracts Officer

Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting an Assistant Contracts Officerfor a high-profile international client based in Frascati (RM).

Responsabilità

The post holder will assist and provide support to one or more Contracts Officers in procurement actions and contracts up to financial limits defined by the organisation's Contracts Department in Direct Negotiation and Open Competition, in particular in the following tasks:

• Preparing requests for offers/invitations to tender;
• Participating in the evaluation of offers and tenders;
• Preparing and negotiating the resulting contracts;
• Participating in the monitoring of the execution of the contracts;
• Dealing with administrative, contractual, legal and industrial problems arising from the procurements concerned.

The ideal candidate shall be in possession of:

• Master degree in law;
• A least 2 years of experience in contract matters gained either in industry, law firms, public administration or international organisations;
• A talent for the formulation of contractual/legal documents and for negotiations;
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team in an international enviroment;
• Ability to engage with a variaty of internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to prioritise activities in a structured, efficient and healthy way;
• Professional knowledge of English;
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.

It would be an asset:

• Knowledge of SAP;
• Knowledge of French;
• Working experience in an international environment.

An initial fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of extension is offered.
