Job Description:
Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy of information, compliance with contracts, and adherence to agreed payment terms.Perform necessary follow-ups, and resolve any billing disputes or errors.Track and record invoicing transactions, collaborating with sales teams and other departments to obtain necessary information.Verify and reconcile the retailers’s sales reports with our data, resolve any discrepancies or anomalies, and provide regular financial reports to management.Contribute to continuous improvement of the invoicing processes, propose automation and simplification solutions, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.Wonderbox is the European specialist in giftboxes and in the leisure activities sales on Internet. Your Profile:
Vous êtes issu d'une formation en finance, contrôle de gestion et disposez d'une première expérience professionnelle.
Vous avez une bonne maitrise d'Excel et de ses formules
Anglais obligatoire (les échanges se font majoritairement en anglais)
La maîtrise de SAP est un plus
