Job Summary
This role is a support in implementing a strategic project of the Commercial Team Italy, part of a larger Europe-wide digitization plan.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities
* Configuration of a digital platform for aggregating data from various sources in the company database.
* Data entry regarding the history of projects and construction sites performed with major Italian clients
* Maintenance of digital platforms
* Supports Sales team in interfacing with customers for data collection and production of related reporting
* Interfaces with service centers for data collection and standardization
* Supports the Commercial Excellence Manager in defining a standard process for maintaining the platform.
* Supports Strategic Marketing in defining customer engagement and lead generation flows.
Key Relationships
* External: LCS organization
* Internal: Marketing, Service, Operations, Sales team.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Required Qualifications
Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities and required license/certification to perform this job.
* High School in computer sciences or mathematics field
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
* Advanced english
* Basic knowledge of electrical installations and systems
* Good knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is considered a plus
