Job Description
Role Objective:
Support the EMEA Human Resources team with various HR activities, mainly dedicated to the Italian retail workforce of Alexander McQueen.
Core Responsibilities:
* Support the HR Manager with recruitment though job posting and screening of candidate applications
* Support with data accuracy in the HR system
* Act as first point of contact for any employee queries and escalate to HR Manager for prompt resolution
* Liaise with other internal Kering HR departments in order to maintain systems updated with correct data (e.g. payroll, attendance and expenses portals)
* Work alongside the rest of the HR team to support with projects and ad hoc activities
Required Skills:
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
* Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills.
* University degree in a relevant filed is highly desirable
