Job summary
Hotel Avila seeks a kitchen assistant to work alongside our chef as the responsible for the vegetable and appetizer buffet during the summer season from June to mid-September.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Assist the chef in preparing and cooking vegetables and appetizers for the buffet.• Ensure the buffet is always well stocked and presented attractively.• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.• Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.• Good communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
