Reporting to the European Operations Manager, you will work as part of a high performing sales team, providing excellent customer service to AXA Global Healthcare clients on all aspects of our international Private Medical Insurance products and services.
The role is located at our Head Office in Dublin City Centre, and we offer
- Starting basic salary of up to €33,230 depending on experience
- Quarterly Commission Sales Scheme
- Monday to Friday (office hours), no weekends!
- Hybrid working in office 2 days a week.

The Direct Sales Team is responsible for Selling International Private Medical Insurance on behalf of AXA Global Healthcare to individuals.
Day to day you will be:
· Selling International Private Medical insurance to high-net-worth customers and expats Globally
· Tailoring and presenting products to best suit customer needs
- Achieving both individual and team targets, monthly
- Adhere to AXA guidelines and conduct each call in a compliant manner

I personally enjoy this as I feel this keeps me driven and motivated each month. I enjoy the role and speaking to customers all in very dissimilar situations, meaning the conversations are different each day and you can support & guide customers with various needs/wants for Private Medical Insurance. Your Profile
About you
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience
- Target driven/results oriented
- Passionate about working as part of a team who are responsible for delivering on their promises
- Accurate and reliable, as well as dependable and accountable
- Confident, with a pleasant and professional communication style
- Keen to learn and grow in the role, receptive to feedback when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate
- As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in Ireland full-time and traveling to the UK for training purposes
