After Sales Specialist represents the point of contact and focal point for the assigned customer base once the product has been delivered to customers.
In this role you will look after establishing and keeping excellent relationships with customers,handling field and in house service activities, so that all service administration is aligned, up to date and detailed.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Collaborating with internal relevant company departments and external business partners, plans, monitors and coordinates the entire activity with the main aim of guaranteeing extensive answers and/or offering timely, efficient, effective solutions, as well as maximum customer satisfaction
