Responsibilities
• Enter and check attendance• Process timecards using Zucchetti software• Work with social security and insurance institutions• Collaborate with labor consultants• Provide operational advice on labor law and union relations• Correctly prepare annual budget and monthly forecast• Analyze and report on HR management (HR metrics, labor cost, absenteeism, turnover)• Manage hiring, transformation, and termination of employment relationships• Communicate online with employment centers, institutes, and welfare institutions• Handle administrative, tax, and social security processes and deadlines
Requirements
• High school diploma or degree in economics• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role• Theoretical and practical knowledge of payroll processing techniques• Knowledge of tax, social security, and insurance obligations• Knowledge of labor regulations• Excellent knowledge of CCNL distribution and services – Confcommercio• Knowledge of salary calculation principles and taxation• Proficient in managing leave/permits/schedules• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office• Full-time availability Monday to Friday• Driving license (B) and own transportation
