Responsibilities
• Assigning invoices to different departments for approval.• Verifying correspondence between invoiced and contracted amounts.• Registering invoices in the internal management system, paying attention to accounting codes, competence, cost centers, due dates, and payment methods.• Verifying the registration of all documents and transferring them to the archival system.• Checking payment schedules.
Requirements
• Diploma in Accounting or related field.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• Previous experience in supplier accounting is preferred.• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.• Ability to work on-site.
