Responsibilities
• Manage all shipments of materials and equipment for maintenance interventions in refrigeration systems• Coordinate logistics activities and ensure timely delivery of materials• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations• Resolve any logistics-related issues and implement efficient solutions• Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations• Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed• Provide support to field technicians during maintenance interventions• Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics and warehouse management
Requirements
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field• Proficient in managing shipments, invoices, and inventory• Knowledge of logistics software and systems• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks• Effective communication and collaboration skills• Familiarity with transportation and safety regulations• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
