Responsibilities
• Operate sewing machines for leather and upholstery products• Ensure quality and accuracy in stitching• Follow production specifications and instructions• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals• Attend meetings and training sessions as required• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations• Contribute to process improvement initiatives• Meet deadlines and targets• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Experience or education in the footwear or leather industry• Ability to operate sewing machines (cut and sew, zigzag, plain machine, twin needle)• Attention to detail and manual dexterity• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Adaptability and willingness to learn• Basic knowledge of production processes and materials• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods• Ability to follow instructions and meet targets• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
