What you’ll do:

1. You will join the team of Conversion and Activation and in particular in the Online Marketing reporting directly to the Conversion and Activation Manager;
2. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities aimed at maximising conversion rates of Sisal.it prospect visitors (Upper Funnel communication, customer journey analysis and optimizaziont). Furthermore, you will be involved in the creation, setting and monitoring of the promotions to convert prospect visitors of Sisal properties into registered users and then into first time depositors.

Who you are:

1. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in structured contexts such as consultancy firms, and/or companies in the entertainment industry;
2. You have a degree in Economics, Marketing;
3. You have excellent knowledge of Excel, web analytics tools, data management tools;
4. You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
5. You are proactive, innovative, curious and you have good analytical skills;
6. You know how to work in a cross-functional team.

Preferrably, you also have: Previous experience in data analysis;
