Job summary
Adecco Italia spa is hiring an Accounting & Treasury Generalist for a client in the energy sector.The role involves supporting the Credit Treasury & Insurance department in banking transactions and accounting tasks.Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, payments, cash flow management, and customer registry.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Operate according to corporate principles and policies, and adhere to the established schedule.• Manage incoming and outgoing bank transactions, direct debits, and reconcile accounts.• Perform supplier and customer settlements, payments, and cash flow supervision.• Set up payments, verify cash transactions, and propose solutions for anomalies.• Ensure prompt collection of credit by managing the dunning process.• Create customer registries and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
• Belong to protected categories L.68/99 or art. 18.• Master's degree in economics.• Previous experience of at least 4-5 years in a similar role in multinational companies.• Proficiency in SAP management system, specifically SD/FI/CO/MM/AA modules.• Complete knowledge and experience of IFRS accounting principles.• Advanced knowledge of active, passive, and electronic invoicing.• Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables).• Accuracy, analysis, and method in performing tasks.• Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.• Strong teamwork and collaborative attitude.• Proactive problem-solving skills.• Good command of spoken and written English at B2 level.
