Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the company's accounting activities.• Control accounting and financial transactions.• Analyze financial data to provide accurate reports and forecasts.• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.• Record payments and receipts.• Issue year-end credit notes and expense reports.• Manage electronic invoices from customers.• Maintain company archives.• Verify customers' tax drawers.• Create and maintain supplier records.
Requirements
• Diploma in economics or a degree in Economics or equivalent.• At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.• In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations.• Ability to use accounting software and financial analysis tools.• Precision and attention to detail.• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.• Problem-solving skills.• Ability to handle stressful situations.• Accuracy.• Contract: Permanent, starting in January 2024.• Salary will be based on experience and skills.
