IndirizzoFor a small-size Italian Branch of an important multinational company leader in in Automotive sector, we are looking for a Accounting & Finance Manager who reporting to the Italian General Manager and dotted line to the Global Finance Director .
The role will manage Company’s finance while ensuring accounting/administrative support to the organization managing a team of 2 resources.
This role will have frequently interaction with Foreign colleagues, so it is mandatory fluent English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting, Reporting and Internal Control:
- Transfert Pricing, Customs and Excise practices, dealer accounting supervice
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and monthly KPI reporting
- Preparation of monthly finance reporting pack for issue to overseas HQ finance team
- Preparation of the financial statements and coordination of tax advisor, auditors and labor consultant
- Treasury Management and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Transfert Pricing, Customs and Excise practices
- Collation of KPI information such as occupancy, headcount
- Provide insightful analysis of the financial reports
- Budgeting, forecasting, business plan
- J-sox
- HR payroll
REQUIREMENTS
- Business/finance and management qualification / degree or qualified by experience.
- Professionally Bilingual (English/Italian)
- 10+ years of experience in small-size commercial multinational company (40 employees) , preferably operating in automotive sector
- Professional experience with use of Excel and complex ERP
- Strong practical knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting standards including Italian, IFRS
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex topics for communication to headquarter
- Work experience in an international environment preferred
