Therefore, we are expanding our team and seeking for you, our new Account Specialist , who will take in charge the responsibility of our surgical products in Lombardy Region.
You will join the Sales & Marketing Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills.
You will manage the promotion of Ethicon products and the related selling activities at a 360? level, dealing with both technical and commercial tasks:
- by engaging with non-clinical stakeholders to address commercial responsibilities and clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to help them understand the products' technical features, also training them during surgical procedures, but also
- by supporting the management of private contracts negotiation and ensuring a successful end-to-end process.

Qualifications
- Ms Degree with a background in Pharmacy or STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) or Economics
- previous experience in Medical Devices (MD) sector will be considered a nice to have
- Previous experience in MD Sales or Operation Room is a plus
- Italian and English fluent
- Domicile or residence in Lombardy
- Driving licence
