Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as an Account Executive.

What you will be doing: 

  • Applying structured sales techniques to develop business opportunities with prospective and existing customers
  • Proactively analysing customer needs and requirements and coordinating the development and implementation of suitable solutions
  • Working with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless, outstanding experience for our customers

  • Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware.
  • Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and evident results of managing multiple accounts to the complete satisfaction of customers.
  • Excellent communication and contact skills.
  • A creative and inventive way of working and thinking, enterprising, convincing and genuinely interested in your customers.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Previous sales experience
