Vendor Management Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB:

This role will assist in managing vendor contracts, coordinating vendor communications, and ensuring compliance with the vendor agreements. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·         Assist in maintaining vendor relationships by coordinating communication and providing support as needed.

·         Support the Vendor Management in managing vendor contracts, including organizing and maintaining contract documentation.

·         Help monitor vendor performance and gather data for vendor evaluation.

·         Assist in resolving any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and professional manner.

·         Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and communicate vendor needs and requirements.

·         Assist in maintaining vendor records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

·         Support the Vendor Management team in identifying opportunities to improve vendor relationships and optimize vendor performance.

STAKEHOLDERS:

Internal: Claims Leadership Team,

External: Network Partners, Clients, Distributors

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related filed

·         Prior experience in administrative support or Vendor Management is preferred.

·         Knowledge in claims processes in Life, Health and General Insurance is an advantage. 

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Excellent Communication and time management skills

·         Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Proficiency in MS Office.
