Position
The Store Planning Project Manager supports the team for Retail Projects operational phases, organization, and implementation (i.g. new openings, expansion, renovation, relocation, maintenance).
This profile will supervise projects' progress in terms of cost, quality and timing and will be the point of reference for all the internal departments. The resource will support the identification and coordination process for external consultants and supplier involved and of the site construction.
* Supports in handling the entire process of projects
* Supervises the development phases design
* Interacts with all the departments directly or indirectly involved during projects
* Handles the selection of suppliers and materials
* Runs the control over projects' timing and quality as well as preliminary budgets, budgets breakdown, and costs
* Selects and coordinates consultant teams, suppliers, and GC
* Supervises sites construction foreseeing also periodic visits on site
Profile
* Master degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or equivalent experience
* At least 3/5 years in Store Planning or construction environment functions preferably within luxury industry
* Ability to successfully collaborate with all key internal/external stakeholders
* Project management skills (i.e. coordination, communication, budget management, goals achievement, prioritization, troubleshooting, analysis)
* Strong social skills (i.e.: establish relationships and leverage networks, teamplayer) with a flexible and multifaceted attitude
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad
* English proficiency
