Responsibilities
• Managing the company's customer portfolio.• Managing commercial negotiations in synergy with the Sales Manager.• Managing and organizing commercial training and after-sales processes.• Implementing the company's commercial strategies.• Participating in commercial events such as training courses, conferences, and exhibitions.• Planning and implementing sales and promotion activities with customers in coordination with the Sales Manager and management.• Managing all commercial documentation.• Using the company's internal management system.
Requirements
• Willingness to travel abroad periodically for client visits and company events.• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Sciences.• 3 years of sales experience in the international market (EMEA).• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.• Ability to work towards goals in a dynamic market.• Strong commercial mindset to achieve sales targets.• Measurable sales success and ability to build long-term customer relationships.• Strong analytical, empathy, and communication skills.• Result-oriented with problem-solving and teamwork abilities.• Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
Key Skills Needed
• Experience in sales roles in the Medical sector.• Experience in sales roles of products in the medical-aesthetic sector (Laser - Radiofrequency, Injectables, etc.).• Good knowledge of a second foreign language.• Knowledge of the Office Suite.• Ability to interact with different ethnicities.
