Job Description
About the position
Kraft Heinz seeks a passionate and driven Sellout Area Manager to champion our iconic brands and drive results! The role is based in the North of Italy, reports into the Trade activation manager and leads team of 10 people.
Driving the sell-out execution for brands, ensuring products fly off the shelves and exceeding sales goals will be your primary responsibility. You'll play a crucial role in speeding the development and implementation of the Perfect Store program, ensuring outstanding brand representation and product visibility across your geography.

In brief, you'll take ownership of:
* Leading and empowering a team of In store key accounts by setting challenging targets and providing skill development, coaching, and mentorship.
* Defining execution priorities according to the overall sell-out strategy for the GDO channel and in line with company goals.
* Developing, coordinating and sponsor the Perfect store program, defining the direction and driving commitment from internal stakeholders
* Establishing and supervising key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area assigned.
* Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with key decision-makers inside the point of sales and secure local commercial agreements through effective negotiations.
* Leveraging on sales and market data to drive insights and make recommendations.
* Ensuring adherence to assigned budget and targets while fostering a results-oriented and collaborative environment.
* Building a strong relationship with sell-in, category and trade marketing team to improve cross functional communications and collaborations.
Qualifications
Hard skills & capabilities
* University Degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Economics, Trade Marketing or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of meaningful commercial background within the GDO channel.
* A track record of success in leading GDO customers is a strong plus.
* Proficient in Italian and English.
* A proven track record leading a team is key for success in the position.
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
