Forma di lavoroThe Sales & Marketing department of Milan is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for a prestigious partner leader in the IT world.
He will provide overall system, administrative, and data management support to our internal sales team.
Responsabilità
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
? Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
? Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team.
? Conduct daily administration, and auditing of the PBI dashboard.
? Assist with sales reporting, dashboard creation and audits.
? Generate, prepare, manipulate, and analyze standard and custom reports.
? Assist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues.
? Provide backup support to team members as needed.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Functie-eisenKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
? Excellent skills and knowledge of creating reports with PBI or Tableau.
? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal professional relationships.
? Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint.
? Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization.
? Strong problem-solving, planning, detail-orientated, and highly-organized.
? Grace under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum of high school/GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
? Minimum of 1-2+ years of related Sales Operations/administrative experience
? Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems. (preferably SalesForce)
Location: Milan, Italy
One year fixed-term contract
