THE ROLE Within the Mediterranean and Africa Region Human Resources department (Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, WECA, South Africa, Egypt, UAE, Israel and Turkey) we are seeking a passionate Junior HR Generalist to be a key player in our diverse team, contributing to the dynamic world of HR excellence. RESPONSABILITIES *Be the Change: You'll provide crucial HR support, helping us drive our mission forward. Your work will directly impact our growth and success. *Connect and Collaborate: You'll work closely with our HR Generalist colleagues in the Region and the Countries on several exciting projects (productivity, learning and development, DE&I, HR digitization...) Your input will be valued, and your voice will be heard. *Analyze and Innovate: You'll be responsible for analyzing HR metrics and using this data to help us improve. Your innovative thinking will help us stay ahead of the curve. *Develop and Grow: You'll have the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and processes within the Region

Requisiti del candidato:

*Master's degree in human resources, business or finance. *Personal or professional experience in multicultural environment would be a plus Key requirements: *Passionate: You're passionate about people and culture. You understand the importance of HR in creating a positive and productive work environment. *Adaptable: You're ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You're not afraid of change, but rather, you embrace it. *Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
