Varisco Product Company is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial applications. In 2016 Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with 150 years of history behind it
As Quality Project Leader you will join the Quality operational team with the aim of working on projects for the optimization processes and products in the production department.
You will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
Your main tasks are:
- Map, redefine and monitor quality processes to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Explore and define synergies with the purchasing and aftermarket departments in the quality area.
- Define and monitor the CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality)
- Defining, monitoring and developing action plans aimed at improving quality KPIs and spreading the culture of quality in the company.
- Management of flows (information and materials) and 5S in the quality department
- Support structuring Audit on the finished product.
You will be supported by Manufacturing Manager Purchasing and Aftermarket Manager , but you’ll also have room to work independently. Your personal input and point of view is valuable and can make the difference!
