Responsibilities
• Supervise product development process• Act as a pivot between functions working on development projects• Redesign processes according to customer needs and sector specificity• Participate in the implementation of best practices, processes, tools, and KPIs• Monitor project progress and ensure quality and timely completion• Perform data analysis and reporting on project status• Ensure preparation of necessary documentation for invoicing and production• Collaborate with customer support for effective communication• Interact with product development, purchasing, and supply chain offices• Manage complex relationships with suppliers and clients
Requirements
• Degree in technical scientific field• Experience in managing projects in dynamic manufacturing companies• Ability to redesign processes and workflows• Result-oriented and proactive in approaching industrial challenges• Ability to manage complex relationships with suppliers and clients• Flexible and excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work in cross-functional teams• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office• Good knowledge of English• PLM knowledge preferred
