As a key member of the Global SourcetoPay Process Team candidate will be responsible for providing project management and analysis to help drive the execution of the S2P global process transformation roadmap general project portfolio change management plans and special projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with and contribute to global continuous improvement programs for S2P including processes systems and data management.
- Drive and assist with the S2P business process transformation roadmap and project portfolio with detailed analysis and support.
- Collaborate across functions and sites to harmonize requirements assist in the implementation of solutions and facilitate change management.
- Function within a global network of matrixed stakeholders super users and subject matter experts associated with S2P.
- Recommend solutions provide analysis and consolidate platforms to improve integration and to streamline processes in accordance with company policies and Finance objectives.
- Minimize the customization of solutions and advise on opportunities for standardization.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership with focus on Product & Engineering teams.
- Help drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas.
- Assist in the design and execution of testing strategies and plans.
- Coordinate and support special projects as needed.
- Demonstrate an ability to improvise and adapt quickly while ruthlessly prioritizing.
