Posizione

Pixartprinting is on the lookout for a capable and motivated individual to play a key role in shaping and executing the products and merchandising strategy for a market expansion project. This position entails actively engaging in the establishment and expansion of a new market, embracing challenges, and being ready to embark on a journey of professional growth. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and excel within our dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the merchandising strategy for a new market expansion.

- Effectively coordinate the activities related to the catalogue definition and creation (product creation, merchandising definition and implementation).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies for assigned categories, contributing to overall business goals.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, including industry standards and competitors. Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities and strategies to remain current with market dynamics.

- Analyze sales data at category and product levels, comparing them with budget objectives to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to define the advertising strategy.

Requisiti

- Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks within defined timelines.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different corporate functions.

- Adaptability and willingness to implement changes in approach to meet business needs.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce concepts.

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in a company, particularly in the digital marketing field, is preferred but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of the graphic arts market and printing materials and technologies would be an asset.
