Position
The PR & Influence Specialist will manage all the PR activities to implement the digital PR & Influencer marketing strategy, to oversee and implement influencer campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and desirability internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing & PR objectives
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
- Digital PR & Influencer Marketing activations from creation, management to implementation
- Collaborate with the local teams to orchestrate the influencer campaigns
- Provide guidelines for international PR & Influence activities, support and supervise local execution to achieve the objectives
- Responsible for talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships
- Management of the seeding and gifting to socialites, VIPs, and influencers
- Lead, execute, measure, and report the Earned Engagement strategy
- Work in synergy with Digital Team to coordinate social media activities
- Coordinate external PR agencies in line with local Marketing team, support events and special projects
- Support day-by-day activities and countries' requests
- Handle the administrative back-office operation (SAP order management and master data creation, contribute to monitoring budget)
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management
- Strong experience in communication, PR and Influencer marketing
- Strategic thinker willing to bring fresh, innovative ideas
- Strong entrepreneurship and problem-solving attitude
- Structured mindset and execution obsessed
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
