Job summary
We are seeking an Innovation Program Management Analyst for our Lecce office.The ideal candidate will actively support innovation within the group.Key activities include developing the innovation ecosystem and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate in the development of the Innovation ecosystem, with a focus on Startups.• Identify and evaluate new opportunities provided by technological and methodological advancements.• Intercept new opportunities for public funding.• Encourage colleagues to identify innovative solutions that create value for the group.• Participate actively in assigned innovation projects.• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.• Support the Procurement Department in resource acquisition.• Assist the Project Leader in technical-economic evaluations.• Maintain an updated project repository within their area of competence.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Civil, Management, or Construction Engineering.• 1-3 years of relevant experience.• Excellent English, knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.• Innovation skills: Understanding of disruptive technologies and innovation models.• Hard skills: Knowledge of construction techniques and materials, Office365, Open Innovation, Industry 4.0, Project Management, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, ISO standards, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).• Soft skills: Proactivity, creativity, logical-analytical skills, problem-solving skills, autonomy, decision-making ability, team-building orientation, excellent communication.
