About This Opportunity
The Intern will partner closely with Payroll Team in managing the personnel administration of Italy employees, in particular:
* Supporting payroll processing including timesheet, employee changes, tax and financial reconciliations, payments
* Performing special projects and related duties
* Supporting in Social contribution fulfillment
* Supporting in employees' questions and inquires
* Preparing data analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
You'll get the opportunity to
Approach and know the management of payroll in a large international company, applying regulations, laws, contracts, procedures and reference policy.
Key Skills
* A degree in Economics or Law
* Fluency in English
* Proficiency in Excel
* Previous experience/training in payroll, accounting or legal department is welcome but not necessary
* Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
* Highly organized
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
* Collaborative and inclusive team player
