Job summary
The selected candidate will work within the Group's international cybersecurity team, reporting directly to the head of the cybersecurity department.Responsible for managing and coordinating the development team, architects and consulting companies for cyberSecurity Projects.Supports the protection of industrial business services and the adoption of best security practices.

Responsibilities
• Security analysis of Alstom solutions and definition of security requirements.• Supports Security by Design and Vulnerability Management processes in industrial sites and critical infrastructures.• Supports Cyber Security Governance & Strategy in ensuring oversight of cybersecurity processes and controls.• Adopts security by design process and practices in the life cycle of industrial systems.• Applies OT cybersecurity methods and best practices to manage issues in the industrial field.• Defines and supports implementation of specialist requirements in OT cybersecurity.• Develops guidelines and standards for safety and Cyber Security in industrial contexts.• Supports design and implementation of secure industrial/network architectures and IT/OT integrations.• Supports Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence processes.• Supports management or escalation processes for security events or issues in industrial environments.
Requirements
• University/Engineer in degree level or equivalent experience qualifications.• 5-8 years' experience in OT security and risk management.• Understanding of main cybersecurity standards and regulations.• Good knowledge of Cyber Security controls and their application in industrial processes.• Good knowledge in enterprise security processes such as Security by Design, Vulnerability Management, and Access Management.• Understanding of OT System architecture.• Experience in embedded or industrial systems and System Engineering.• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment methodology.• Knowledge of defence in depth techniques.• Knowledge of systems security evaluation and intrusion testing techniques.• Understanding of third-party auditing and risk assessment.• Capability to design a cyber architecture is appreciated.• Technical proficiency in Architecture concepts and techniques, operating systems, and programming languages is appreciated.• Cybersecurity certification such as ISA/IEC 62443 is appreciated.• English excellent knowledge is mandatory.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
