Responsibilities
• Executing and developing second level controls for monitoring key risk indicators and operational limits• Collecting, analyzing, and categorizing Operational Risk events and loss data• Conducting risk assessments and preparing related reports• Supporting the drafting/updating of regulatory documents and internal policies• Formulating risk analysis and providing opinions on specific projects/products/operations• Evaluating risks related to outsourcing agreements• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Degree in finance/economics/management• Minimum of 2 years experience in Operational Risk function in banks or consulting firms• Knowledge of regulatory framework in Risk Management (RAF, ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Stress Testing)• Knowledge of banking products and operational processes• Knowledge of ESG risk analysis (nice to have)• Excellent knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Power Point) and basic knowledge of SAS programming language• Proficiency in English• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different areas and projects
