In freud spa, a (COMPANY NAME) company, we lead continuous improvement within the framework of the so-called (COMPANY NAME) Production System (BPS).
In this context, we are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Manager to reach together with the value streams the next maturity level, aiming to transparency in material and information flow and contributing to waste reduction and elimination.
As freud Lean Manufacturing Manager:
* You will coordinate BPS ((COMPANY NAME) Production System) activities within the plant.
* You will support the value stream leaders and management implementing BPS principles and methods - in this role you act as direct advisor to the value stream leaders and plant management.
* You will provide support for implementing and adhering BPS standards in the plant and moderate workshops to support improvement activities.
* You will define and partially execute trainings for the associates on each level on BPS methods.
* You will coach the project leaders to reach the project targets.
* You will be the interface to (COMPANY NAME) central departments with the aim to follow BPS developments and strategies.
Qualifiche:
* You have gained experience in production environments;
* You have experience in project management;
* You have strong communication skills;
* You have good knowledge and experience in the implementation of Lean manufacturing tools (E.g.: Consumption control, standardized work, 5S, QCO, cyclic material supply, etc.), user experience in BPS and BPS knowledge will be considered a plus;
* You are fluent both in English and Italian (German is a plus)
* You have good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
* You have an analytical and structured working style
