Internship Supply Chain Industrialization Planning
Key Accountabilities:
The candidate will join the Supply Chain OE Planning team, and will support his/her tutor in the following activities:
* Product range/OE new projects;
* Reallocation of the products to balance the production capacity of the plants;
* Highlighting the investments needs due to relevant industrialization initiatives;
* Needs coming from quality;
* Manage the Industrialization Planning, cooperating with the involved functions in order to define the complexity indicators;
* Monitor the industrialization process and control coherence between Industrialization plan and Moulds purchasing plans;
* Interacting with the Moulds Planning Manager and with production planners and Original Equipment team.
Skills & Competencies:
* Good relationships capabilities in order to work in a very dynamic and result oriented environment;
* Proactive, flexible, sharp, and a team player;
* Knowledge of data warehousing is desirable.
Studies & Degree
* Master's degree and outstanding track records in Management Engineering, Economics or related fields.
Language
Fluency in English and Italian
Digital / IT Skills
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Access and Excel;
* C and SQL Programming (knowledge in other programming languages such as Python or R is a plus)
