Welcome to the Engineering Graduate Program at Mollie in Milan!Our Engineering Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of technology.Milan's hub will contribute to Mollie's mission with multiple passionate agile engineering teams that will innovate, build and contribute to our portfolio of next-generation payment products. Our focus is on creating highly scalable solutions that can handle a high volume of payments per second throughout the day. Code quality and system scalability are of paramount importance, and we value forward-thinking experts who can contribute to building scalable systems.The graduate program lasts for 12 months and will start in September 2024. During that period you'll be working in two different teams, for six months each.This is a great opportunity to learn about the business and try out various disciplines within engineering at Mollie. You will also experience the way teams collaborate across the organisation, and complete an end-to-end assignment in each rotation. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take technical and soft skill training while being paired with a mentor to support you through your learning journey. For this role we do not sponsor relocation and visas.
