The team you will be a part of
The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. Gains exposure to projects and work in the organization.
This role in summary
As an intern you will join the central Human Resources Department in the EMEA regional office in Milano Certosa to support the EMEA Total Rewards team, managing critical annual compensation processes and Total Rewards strategic projects, in a truly international environment.
Your responsibilities will include
* acquire practical knowledge in the areas of Total Rewards (Compensation management, Benefits management);
* support the execution of the main Compensation processes: Jobs' Market Pricing, annual Salary review cycle, Company's Short-Term incentives payouts;
* support Compensation Recommendations for White Collars (incl. Executives) in case of Employees' Promotions, Lateral Moves, International Assignments & Permanent Transfers, closely collaborating with local HR Business Partners;
* support Compensation-related Data accuracy Audits in SAP SuccessFactors;
* support strategic projects, such as assessing and planning a regional Pay Transparency & Equity practice in line with the European regulatory framework;
* support the monitoring of inflation and external salary movement rates for all the Countries in EMEA, as preparation for the annual Salary review process;
* support the implementation of our Employees' Wellbeing strategy via managing specific projects and initiatives.
Minimum requirements
* a Master's Degree student or a fresh graduate in HR Management/Business Administration/Law/Economics or other related majors, with a passion for HR;
* a proficient English and Italian speaker;
* a strong team player who shares our values of Integrity & Respect.
