Italy is the Group's Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Electronics Manufacturing Engineer at (COMPANY NAME) is member of Industry team reporting to the "Production Process and Technology Manager";
He/She will support the troubleshooting and failure analysis of electronic boards in RF applications in order to create a database of problems, root causes, and solutions, including those related to design or manufacturing process improvements. The resource will also be responsible for tracking repair costs, analyzing possible investments to improve Yield, setting up and maintaining reports and KPIs to enable informed management decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze defective electronic boards in RF applications to identify the causes of failures.
Document the results of the analysis in a database, including the problem description, root cause, and solution adopted.
Propose design or manufacturing process improvements to reduce future failures. Track repair costs and analyze possible investments to improve Yield
Set up and maintain reports and KPIs to monitor the progress of the troubleshooting and failure analysis process.
Present the results of the analysis to management to support informed decisions.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in troubleshooting and failure analysis of electronic boards.
Experience with RF applications and related measurements equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
English language proficiency.
