As the E – Commerce Operations & Digital Specialist you will be part of the DTC/E – Commerce Department based in Bologna. Reporting directly to the E – Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Operations for the E-Commerce website and for ensuring the correct availability of data flows and digital assets to the Client touchpoints, focused on the business continuity and on the growth of the Digital Business revenues.

Your role:
As the E – Commerce Operations & Digital Specialist you will be part of the DTC/E – Commerce Department based in Bologna. Reporting directly to the E – Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Operations for the E-Commerce website and for ensuring the correct availability of data flows and digital assets to the Client touchpoints, focused on the business continuity and on the growth of the Digital Business revenues.
What you will do:
- Support the management of E-Commerce Operations activities
- Contribute to monitor the E-Commerce warehouses inventory
- Be active part in the establishment of KPIs and measurements
- Manage setup and configuration of pick-up points (warehouses and stores)
- Support and challenge the E-Commerce warehouses Teams and Logistic Teams
- Map out and understand the E2E client Journey and related metrics
- Check data flows and manage troubleshooting, together with IT and Logistic Departments
- Support the management operations activities in marketplaces and e-concessions setup, integration and optimization
- Design the new solutions from a technical and architecture prospective, including eventually changes in system responsibilities and integration
- Manage the technical supplier in terms of development execution, AGILE methodologies and Jira knowledge would be a plus
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
- Degree in Engineering/ Economics or similar
- Proven working experience of minimum 4 years in a similar role in a fast – paced environment
- Strong understanding of e – commerce workflows and operations
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and XML.
- Understanding of system architecture and system integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Solid organizational skills including attention to relationships and details
- Proactivity and enterprising spirit
- Methodical, efficient, with multi-tasking approach and solid time-management skills
