Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the operations of the residential facility for the elderly.• Ensure the provision of high-quality social, healthcare, and educational services.• Supervise and support the staff in their daily activities.• Implement and monitor policies and procedures.• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the residents.• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.• Manage budgets and financial resources.• Contribute to the strategic development of the organization.
Requirements
• Possession of a degree, preferably in healthcare or social field.• Previous experience in a similar managerial role.• Knowledge of healthcare management in a residential facility.• Residence in the province of Pavia.
