Descrizione della posizione lavorativa

The principal responsibility of the Digital Sales Manager is to sell advertising for Disney+ and other media (such as YouTube) to media agencies and clients. This person will be tasked with maximising revenue, whilst creating excellent, long-term agency and client relationships, and ultimately driving new revenue streams. This is a sales position within the Italy Sales team, reporting to the Italy Ad Sales & Brand Partnership Sr Manager. This person is expected to work closely with their line manager to develop and implement sales strategy for their client patch. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Reaching and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets as agreed with the line manager;
- Developing and nurturing excellent agency relationships with a focus on all levels of agency planning/buying groups;
- Proactive selling event packages and brief-driven multi-platform content ideas;
- Accurate forecasting with reports to line manager;
- Open new cooperative business pitches to top-level agency contacts;
- Identifying their needs regarding training, client events and hospitality. Reporting these needs to their line manager;
- Work closely with our Client Services teams to collaboratively pitch to key clients;
- Understand key market trends and how these can influence our sales approach.

Descrizione del profilo ricercato

The Skills We Require From You:
- The ability to deliver cross-media Italy creative solutions to win advertising business in a highly competitive marketplace;
- Ability to sell media solutions (over and above advertising campaigns);
- Significant and demonstrable experience of advertising sales;
- Knowledge of CTV and the Digital advertising market;
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English and Italian for business proposals;
- Strong PowerPoint skills and outstanding presentation technique;
- Liaison with marketing team and editorial where necessary.

The Experience We Require From You:
- Experience in selling advertising across online and offline is essential;
- Experience in dealing with major advertising agencies at a senior level.
