For Life Science Business Unit we are constantly looking for a best in class Customer Service. You will support our Customer Relations activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs. You will support in following-up internal and external customer's requests by providing them necessary information and service.
Who you are:
* Economic or scientific degree
* Computer skills (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Customer orientation, problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills;
* Ability to work in team
* Excellent time management
