Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to support the management and operational execution of CRM activities for our clients. You will play the key role in running the projects with our Automotive Client, being the bridge between (COMPANY NAME) Sapient, our Client and Italian market.
This role includes a lot of collaboration with diverse external and internal stakeholders, execution of strategical CRM projects and managing of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning, monitoring and reporting on CRM activities (schedule, status, issues, risks, etc)
* Strong collaboration with the European central CRM Hub team and with international local market teams (both (COMPANY NAME) and Client's), through dedicated workflows and related tools (e.g. Jira)
* Responsible for management and timely processing of Client briefings
* Responsible for campaign planning, monitoring & optimization (including support to governance, arbitration and prioritization activities)
* Providing quality assurance coordination support on CRM execution
Qualifications:
* 3+ years' hands-on experience in CRM activities (planning & execution) within Automotive (preferred), Financial Services, Travel and Hospitality industry expertise
* Demonstrable track record in CRM campaign planning, monitoring & optimization
* Data management working knowledge (e.g. segmentation and targeting criteria)
* Deep knowledge of customer journeys, contact plans and loyalty programs.
* Demonstrable working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing automation tools and data management)
* Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (as a user)
* Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-moving environment
* Demonstrable client management experience
* Fluent English as a plus
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
