We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.
The candidate will join the Global CRM team in the Consumer department, located in Milan.
Main Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights; create and maintain customer segmentation models to enhance targeted marketing efforts; develop and refine predictive models to forecast customer behavior and lifetime value.
* Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity; maintain and update CRM databases, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
* Reporting and Visualization: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and campaign performance; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights; support the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Technical Development: Assist in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and statistical models; stay updated with the latest data science tools and techniques to improve CRM processes continually.
* Support and Maintenance: Provide support for CRM-related technical issues and troubleshoot data discrepancies; assist in the maintenance and improvement of CRM systems and software.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience or internships in data analysis, preferably within a CRM or marketing context.
* Fluent in English
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
* Experience with data visualization tools.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
* Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
* Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
