Role Description
The Corporate Travel Sales Manager, who will be reporting directly to Head of Travel, is in charge of managing and developing the assigned business partnership agreements and especially to create and acquire new partnerships and business agreements within the travel industry in Italy
We would like to get in touch with candidates who have commercial experience either in the field of insurance partnerships and/or travel industry (Tour Operator, Airline, Network…), preferably related to the sale of services. The ideal candidate is highly result-oriented, has good persuasion skills and the ability to create effective interpersonal relationships. Carrying out this role involves interacting with various corporate roles, within your own and other corporate functions; it is therefore necessary to possess a strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
Main duties and responsibilities
The Corporate Travel Sales Manager, amongst the other activities, takes care of the following:
* Establishes and reinforces tight commercial relationships with B2B partners trying to identify their priorities and needs, and uses this knowledge proactively in order to develop new solutions enabling them to fulfil their final customers' needs;
* Actively contribute to identify new business opportunities in line with company strategic plan
* Ensure to reach the revenue and profitability target of Travel Line of Business
* Manage end to end negotiations with existing partners and prospects
* Interacts with HQ lines of business to concretely create sustainable offers to be presented to BPs.
Key Requirements/ Skills
* Experience of at least 5 years in Sales activity (coming from a B2B context represent an added value)
* Fluency in Business English
* Microsoft package knowledge and use
* Cross functional collaboration
* Strong motivation and goal orientation
* Problem solving attitude
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Master Degree (Laurea) in Business and Sales or related.
